Call Cavan Butler (Head
Teacher) for more detailed information on courses and
suitable levels for your child.
Bookings will be made over the telephone and your child's
place secured.
A confirmation booking
form will be emailed or posted you by return showing full
details of the course.
FROM THE
WEB SITE
Print out booking form
from the appropriate course of lessons.
Indicate the ability level of your child and the preferred
day.
Every effort will be made to satisfy your choice of day but
early application is advised if you must have a particular
day.
Make sure all sections of the booking form are completed.
Finally return the form to C Butler at 67 Hemsdale,
Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 6SL .
A confirmation email or letter will be sent out by return
confirming your booking.
