Learning to swim has never been so much fun at Ascot Swim School

Welcome to our school where our priority is to make sure your children are safe during classes and to get them swimming safely in deep water as soon as possible. At the same time we make sure the children have lots of fun throughout the 30 minute classes. We have sinkers for the children to play with and armbands to give them confidence and we do our best to keep the technical stuff as much fun as possible. We focus on teaching the development of water skills for beginners and improvers through to competent swimmers. We keep our class numbers small with a maximum class size for the beginners of five. To keep the beginners safe we have a teacher and assistant with them in the pool at all times.
Each term the children are tested on Swim England Learn to Swim awards for beginners and swimmers. The certificates and badges are awarded at the end of the term. The lessons are of 30 minutes duration and we take children from 3.5 years old up to 13 years. The pool is a beautiful light and airy 25 metre deck level pool with a constant temperature of 29 degrees. We try to make the atmosphere as friendly as possible for the children and their parents who can sit on the benches during the classes and chat with other parents.
Our class times are Sunday’s classes are 6 classes of 30 minutes at
8.30, 9.00, 9.30, 10.00, 10.30 and 11.00am.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes are at
6.00 and 6.30pm for 30 minutes each.
