LEARN TO SWIM ALL AGE GROUPS

Our swimming lessons focus on teaching skill development for beginners and improvers through to competent swimmers. Our average class size is 5 and the maximum is 8, for the very young swimmers our Teacher/Pupil ratio is 1 to 3.

Parent and Baby classes at Ascot Swim School are taught by Karen who is a very experienced ASA Level 2 Teacher and Coach, with an additional ASA Parent and Child qualification. Her classes are run with the emphasis on fun and teaching water confidence. Classes for babies age 6-42 months are to introduce children to the water through the use of toys, floats, singing and games..........

DIVING

Swimers learn a number of basic dives including, Pike, Spring header, Plain header, Flip and backwards dive.

PERSONAL SURVIVAL
LIFESAVING
This is a series of grades teaching children basic lifesaving skills. The program is divided into 4 areas, water safety, rescue, self rescue and emergency response.
These aim to, Teach lifesaving skills, Increase swimming competence, Develop survival skills in water, Develop confidence, initiative and judgment, Develop teamwork and leadership. It is also designed to be fun and interesting for children.
